Show room will be open
Friday evening from 6pm to 8pm. Overnight cooping will be available in limited
quanity. Show room opens at 7:30am
Saturday and 6:30am Sunday.
Driving Directions
Drivin 77 South
Take 77 South to Exit 106. Turn right on to 13th St. At the 2nd Traffic
light, you will turn left on to Wertz Ave.
The 2nd traffic light will be the main entrance to the fairgrounds.
Driving 77 North Take 77 North to Exit 106. Turn left on to
13th St. At the 3rd Traffic light, you will turn left on to Wertz Ave. The 2nd traffic light will be the main
entrance to the fairgrounds.
Driving 30 East Take 30 East to the Raff Rd/Whipple Ave exit.
At the 1st stop sign turn left. At the traffic light turn right on to Southway.
At the next light turn left on to Raff Rd. Continue on Raff until you come to
the traffic light at 4th St. (should be the 5th traffic light and there will be
a school on the NW corner). Turn right. At the next traffic light, turn left on
to Wertz. The next traffic light is the fairground entrance.
Driving 30 West Take 30 West to the Raff Rd exit. Turn right
on Raff. Continue on Raff until you come to 4th St (6th traffic light and a
school on the NW corner). Turn right. At the next light, turn left on to Wertz.
The next light is the fairgrounds entrance.
Bogan Cages wil be available both days for all your equipment needs. To place orders
ahead
of time please contact them at 937-584-4332
Scott's
Concessions will be
available for Breakfast and Lunch again this year. Great food
and reasonable prices
We will have a
registrar and someone for culls both days
SHOW RULES
1.This
show shall follow the latest revised rules of the ARBA, using ARBA style entry
forms and
ARBA remark cards.
2. Show
committee reserves the right to add or substitute judges as necessary. NO
changes of
judges will be made to accommodate certain
breeds.
3. All
decisions of the show superintendent are final.
4. Youth
must handle their own animals, and place them on the judging table.
5. No
animal shall be entered in both the Open and Youth show.
6. No
breeding of animals permitted in the show room.
7. No
alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
8. No
animals, other than rabbits and cavies, are permitted in the show rooms.
9.
Entries must match remark cards. No changes are permitted at the show tables.
10. All
carriers are to have leak proof bottoms.
11.
Exhibitors are not permitted in the breed folders prior to being placed at
judging tables.
12.
Classes will be called 3 times. If you miss a class, the class will not be
re-judged.
13.
Judges are not permitted to use cell phones during judging.
14. No
breed will be sanctioned the following year if 20 or less animals were shown in
the breed.
Exceptions made if a breeder is willing to pay
for the sanction.
15.
PARENTS - Please supervise your children! You will be held responsible for any
damages
they may cause. If chidren can not be
controlled, you will be asked to leave.
16. Once
entry fee is paid, there will be no refunds.
17.
Please do not use picnic tables provided for eating to groom animals. These
tables are not to
be used for carriers.
18. NO
CHAIRS OR TABLES ARE PERMITTED IN THE RABBIT SHOW ROOM. Please stack
carriers and leave aisle ways for breeders
to move about.
19.
Any exhibitor, knowingly or unknowingly, presenting an insufficent fund form of
payment will
have their entry "suspended"
until funds are taken care of. No show reports or legs will be
issued until that time. You will also be
responsible for any bank fees the Stark Co. Rabbit and
Cavy Breeders may encounter.
20. No
animals are permitted in the restrooms.
